Display not clear when installing/opening apps

Hey all,

I have had this problem ever since installing windows 10/11 on my laptop. I don't know if it's a driver I'm missing or something else. I have attached a screenshot. I will try and get some more when I can get it to reoccur. It only happens when opening certain apps, but it does happen every time I install a new one.

It doesn't occur on my desktop so I can only assume it's related to my display. Any idea what this could be?

The BSOD Doctor
OBDwiz is a vehicle diagnostic app so the app is warning you not to attempt to use it whilst driving. The message is coming from the app. Does checking on the 'Do not display this message again' not stop it from happening?

What's the exact issue you're having as I don't see anything wrong in the screenshot?

Not explained this too well but I think it's a scaling issue. The display just isn't clear. I have a recommended setting of 150% in the settings but that's too big. I set it at 125% and it's fuzzy. Ubuntu is just fine, at this point I just want to give up on Windows completely.

Does anyone have scaling issues?

Scaling should always be 100% unless you’ve got eyesight issues.
